The scope requires the contractor to provide all equipment, materials, and labor as referenced in the RFP, the provided specification book, applicable Minnesota regulations, and the approved Environmental Systems septic design. This includes removing the old septic tank (assumed capacity up to 2,500 gallons), abandoning it per regulations, installing a new system as designed, coordinating required inspections, and submitting all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings and tank abandonment forms. The contractor must also handle electrical connections, yard restoration, vegetation and tree removal as needed, ensure compliance with all permit and inspection requirements, and provide specific equipment such as filters and alarms as specified. No substitutions are allowed for specified products. All work must adhere to safety, wage, licensing, and employment requirements as described, with the project deadline set in the contract. Final payment will be made only after successful inspection and completion of all punch list items.
