Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Bonifay, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

The 2022-2023 General Appropriations Act, line 2286A, appropriated funds for the Holmes County Government Efficiency Complex (GEC) to include four project areas including land purchase from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, construction of an new Agricultural Center Building, renovation of the existing Agricultural Center Building, which shall house the Holmes County's Sheriff's Office and construction of a new Public Safety Facility, which shall house the County's Emergency Management Service Center. All submittals must include five copies, addressed as specified, with envelopes sealed and marked with the RFQ number, due date, and respondent name. Small business and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Firms utilizing such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit their participation in the subcontracting process and comply with affirmative steps to assure their use when possible, as per 2 CFR 200.321. Late responses will not be accepted.
