The scope of work includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials for structural and electrical work required at 2251 NW 72 Avenue, Miami, FL 33122. This work is based on recommendations from the 50-Year Recertification Inspection Reports, Electrical and Structural Design Documents, as well as additional tasks identified through follow-up inspection. The contractor must review the scope of work and all project documents before starting. General electrical scope includes: - Replacing and relocating Transformer T2 - Replacing and relocating Plane A1 - Relocating Transformer T1 and providing disconnects as shown on the plans - Checking all electrical panels, labeling, and replacing parking lot light fixtures and receptacles - Adding and testing exit and emergency lights - Cleaning and correcting Main 1 of 1 and identifying all junction/pull boxes - Removing abandoned wires and replacing or testing emergency/exit lights General structural scope includes: - Setting up MOT for stairwell and beam/column joint repairs - Preparing concrete surfaces per FRP manufacturer specs and installing as indicated - Installing tie downs in roof mechanical units - Replacing seals in NW stairwell windows - Sealing cracks in interior and exterior walls and waterproofing the sidewalk - Restoring all affected elements to original condition Requirements/restrictions include: - Refer to signed and sealed plans for all repairs - Remove loose items and debris before work - Do not drill into concrete double tees or beam/column joints - Follow all manufacturer's installation specs - Prepare a MOT plan for approval Instructions to bidders: - A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit require submission of a completed, notarized Confidentiality Affidavit via email; no entry without this affidavit - Bid submission is electronic only - Requests for information must be emailed as specified, complying with relevant administrative orders - Refer to all associated project and bid documents for further detail
