The selected CMAR firm shall have at a minimum, a proven track record of experience in building public outdoor spaces and streetscape improvements similar to the projected Crown Overtown. SEOPW CRA will value highly a CMAR firm that is a leader in the construction industry and has the experience of building successful and functional public spaces under a CMAR model. General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
