Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Saint John, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
**Contractors must obtain a complete bid set from Robinson Engineering.** The project consists of the rehabilitation of existing storm sewers by installation of a cured-in-place pipe liner (CIPP) at various locations with continuous temperature monitoring, as well as improvements to sidewalk and parkway. Bids must be submitted on the Bid form included in the documents, fully completed and executed. Bidders are required to secure their bids by an acceptable certified Bid Bond or cashier's check for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, made payable to the Town of St. John, Indiana, as security for the contract execution. Pre-qualification requirements: All Bidders must be properly licensed in the Town of St. John at the time bids are received. Pre-qualification must be submitted to the Engineer by all potential bidders prior to receiving any bid documents. Bidder qualifications and experience will be included in the basis for determining the lowest responsible bidder. If, in the opinion of the Engineer and the Town of St. John, an applicant would not be able to serve the best interest of the Town, a proposal will not be issued. The awarded bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, and a maintenance bond for a period of three years upon completion of the work.
