The project is for the construction of Water Production System Improvements at Station No. 4, which includes a booster station, ground storage tank, chlorination system, site piping, site work, and related improvements. The work requires submission of sealed bids, a Louisiana State Contractor's Board license classification of municipal and public works construction, and adherence to all instructions and requirements specified by the Owner and Engineer. All bid documents and required forms must be submitted, and all applicable federal and state regulations, including American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements and Equal Opportunity in Employment obligations under Executive Order No. 11246, must be followed. Bidders must also comply with instructions such as bid security, documentation, and signing requirements, and acknowledge all addenda issued.
