The work consists of site clearing and demolition, installation of tennis and pickleball courts, fencing, equipment, and sidewalk connection/restoration for the Lewisburg Area Recreation Park Tennis Court Improvements. The project duration is 90 days. Bids must be submitted online, accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10%. Bidders are to comply with State antibid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit. Compliance with environmental laws and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act is required. All bidders must use the Federal Government's E-Verify system for employment verification and submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form.
