Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 2,580-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; 600-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.

As of December 04, 2025, the project was awarded to Hepco Construction Inc., with an awarded amount of $653,959.80. Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of an old Salt Shed and construction of a new 43' x 60' Salt Shed with a 10' x 60' Lean-To building featuring a trussed roof system. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount and must be made payable to East Buffalo Township. Specifications and instructions to bidders may be obtained via the Township website or by contacting the Township. Bids must be submitted to the Township Manager at East Buffalo Township.
