All proposals must be on Form No. 95 completely filled out and accompanied by a bid bond of $5,000. A separate Form No. 95 and $5,000 bid bond is required for each chemical being bid. The bid bond is a guarantee that if a bid proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered and performance properly secured. Do not submit pricing with your technical proposal. Pricing will only be submitted during the online reverse auction as outlined in the bid package. The Water Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informality in bidding. All questions regarding this opportunity are due no later than Friday, October 10, 2025 by 2:00PM CT.
