Question Deadline 11/05/2025 at 12:00 AM ET The City of Clermont requires all questions relating to this solicitation to be entered through the Question and Answer tab on the Portal. Responses to questions will be provided online LS15 - 295 Lake Minneola Dr. LSE2 - 1401 N. Ridge Blvd. LSE21 - 523 Pitt St. The successful respondent must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, permits, and licensing necessary to perform electrical improvements to Lift Stations 15, E2, and E21. The successful respondent must furnish experienced technicians to perform all work and is solely responsible for the safety of their employees and subcontractors with respect to work procedures, materials, equipment, transportation, signage, and related activities. The scope of work may not reflect every detail or material required to retrofit new installations to existing equipment. The successful respondent is responsible for identifying and performing any additional work required to complete the installation, such as installing new wiring between the generator and transfer switch or replacing the power distribution block in the pump control panel, as necessary. 3.2. Lift Station 15 Electrical Rehabilitation o Replace one 400 amp Onan transfer switch with one new 400 Amp Onan transfer switch with stainless steel Nema 3R rated enclosure. o Install new 400 amp main service disconnect with stainless steel Nema 3R rated enclosure and reroute the service wire from the transformer to the new disconnect and back to the main breaker in the control panel. o Replace all wiring from the generator to the transfer switch. o Replace all wiring from the transfer switch to the main electrical distribution panel. o Replace the old surge protection with a new surge protection device at the disconnect. o Make all electrical connections and torque properly. o Install new Myers hub at all penetrations. o Use all stainless steel hardware. o Pull all necessary permits and arrange all electrical inspections as required. o Include signed and sealed drawings if needed for permitting process. o Replace old unistrut supports with new stainless steel unistrut support o Must provide backup 150kw generator while work is performed. o Must coordinate with electric company before work is performed. o Post applicable permit at job site. o Provide testing and training to City of Clermont personnel. o Restore gravel at the station to before project conditions. o Provide a warranty to the City of Clermont for this project scope with a minimum of one year parts and labor guarantee. 3.3. Lift Station E2 Electrical Rehabilitation o Replace one 350 amp Onan transfer switch with one new 350 Amp Onan transfer switch with stainless steel NEMA 3R rated enclosure. o Replace old 350 amp main breaker and install new 300 amp main breaker with stainless steel Nema 3r rated enclosure. o Replace all wiring from the generator to the transfer switch. o Replace all wiring from the transfer switch to the main electrical distribution panel. o Replace existing 480 VAC surge protection and 30 amp disconnect devices with new 480 VAC surge protection and 30 amp disconnect devices. o Make all electrical connections and torque properly. o Install new Myers hub on all penetrations. o Replace old unistrut supports with new stainless steel unistrut supports. o Replace the nonfuse disconnect. o Use all stainless steel hardware. o Replace the meter base o Pull all necessary permits and arrange all electrical inspections as required. o Include signed and sealed drawings if needed for permitting process. o Must provide backup 150kw generator while work is performed. o Must coordinate with electric company before work is performed. o Post applicable permit at job site. o Provide testing and training to City of Clermont personnel. o Provide a warranty to the City of Clermont for this project scope with a minimum of one year parts and labor guarantee. 3.4.
