As of December 05, 2025, the project was awarded to RPM xConstruction LLC, with an awarded amount of $3,210,200.95. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK Paving Improvements: Approximately 8,900 SY of 8 concrete pavement, 33,800 SY of 6 concrete pavement, 1,200 SY of 3.5 hot mix asphalt concrete, lime-treated subgrade, barrier free ramps, concrete sidewalks, and other related items as depicted for the 185-lot development and frontage road improvement. The above improvements are a part of the Plans for the Construction of Paving Improvements to Serve Frontier Phase 3A & 3B as prepared by Pape-Dawson. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check acceptable to the District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date the Contractor is notified.
