A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Cleburne Independent School District is soliciting responses for a Competitive Sealed Proposal for the Roof Replacement at Smith Intermediate School. Responses must be properly marked and sealed and can be submitted through the District's eBid system or delivered to the administration building. Faxed and emailed responses will not be accepted. Proposal responses will be opened and read aloud in the board room. Cleburne ISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities and/or irregularities, and to award any or all of the bid items in the best interest of the District. SCOPE OF WORK Cleburne Independent School District requires a qualified contractor to perform a complete roof replacement at Lowell Smith Intermediate School. The project encompasses the removal and disposal of existing roofing systems, installation of new roofing materials, and all associated work necessary to provide a watertight, energy-efficient, and warranty-backed roofing system that meets or exceeds current building codes and district standards.
