The project consists of the following a. Sheridan Junior High School - Sanding and resurfacing of two (2) existing wood athletic floors. b. Sheridan High School - Screen and recoat two (2) existing wood athletic floors. 2. The scope of work for the four (4) wood gymnasium floors breaks down as follows; a. Sheridan Junior High School, 1) Main Gymnasium - (Dimensions - 105'-0" x 91'-4" - Field Verify) a) Sand and resurface b) Replace vented base c) Replace the floor plates at the floor sleeves - 18 Total d) Provide 2 sideline logos - facing opposite directions. e) New game-line striping. 1 Main basketball court - with 8"-10" painted border, painted keys, stained 3 point arc. Painted sideline logos, 1 Main volleyball court 2 Cross court basketball courts 2 Cross court volleyball courts 6 Pickleball/badminton courts 2 Plyometric ladders (10 squares per ladder) 10 sets Plyometric dots (5 dot pattern) Project Identification: Sheridan County School District No. 2 - Gym Floor Renovations 2026. 1. Location 1: Sheridan Junior High School, 500 Lewis Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. 2. Location 2: Sheridan High School, 1056 Long Drive, Sheridan, WY 82801 Question Deadline 10/22/2025 The work includes, The screening and recoating of two existing wood athletic floors at Sheridan High School. The sanding and resurfacing of the main gymnasium and the multipurpose gymnasium at the Sheridan Junior High School. Refer to Specification Section 01 1000 Summary for a detailed description of the work in each of the four (4) gymnasiums. Gym floor renovations include sanding and resurfacing two gym floors at Sheridan Junior High School and screen and recoat (yearly maintenance) at two gym floors at Sheridan High School. Bids will be received in paper format in a sealed envelope at the designated location. A non-mandatory but encouraged pre-bid conference will be held, starting at Sheridan Junior High School and then moving to Sheridan High School.
