Site work for a water / sewer project in Linn Valley, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of December 26. 2025 the project has been awarded. The project involves the construction of new wastewater lagoons, wetland cells, a lift station, and force main for the Wastewater Distribution System Improvement 20-1316 for the City of Linn Valley, Kansas. Bidders are instructed to view and obtain Bidding Documents by registering with the designated website. Printed documents incur non-refundable costs based on order specifications. Only complete sets of Bidding Documents are available; partial sets will not be provided. All iron and steel products used must be produced in the United States, compliant with applicable federal requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. For additional requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
