Renovation of a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Project Work consists of selective demolition of CMU walls and concrete floors, restroom reconfigurations, plumbing fixtures, equipment and restroom accessories upgrades in accordance with the Construction Documents. The plumbing fixture replacements include, but are not limited to toilets, urinals and carriers, lavatories, sinks, faucets, flush valves, interceptors, and strainers. Plumbing equipment scope includes a gas water heater and accessories, reducing pressure backflow preventer, and recirculating pump. Restroom accessories include but are not limited to toilet and urinal partitions, grab bars, tissue holders, soap dispensers, and paper towel dispensers. The project Work includes demolition and rebuilding of concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls as required in reconfigured restrooms and/or to replace and install new carriers. The Work includes new epoxy flooring and base in reconfigured restrooms and repairs to disturbed building walls, floors, and finishes to match existing in all construction areas. Plumbing Upgrades at Multiple Schools The Board reserves all rights to extend or postpone the due date/bid opening without further advertising.
