Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Bend, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and transportation facility.
The project consists of the construction of a new gravel parking lot with storm sewer and permanent lighting, south of the existing main airport parking lot located on the existing retention pond. Fill will be excavated from two new detention basins and used to fill the existing basin. All inquiries shall be directed to Abonmarche, attn. Technical questions submitted via email must be received by October 17th A certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 125% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
