Site work for a water / sewer project in Gillham, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to replace 7,416 LF of asbestos water lines with PVC, tie into existing water lines, install steel encasement, fire hydrant assemblies, trenching, backfilling, and other necessary requirements to adhere to plans and specifications. Bidders must provide bid bonds as required and enter addenda numbers in the Proposal to verify receipt. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening, and all bidding processes shall follow State law.
