The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; traffic control; public convenience; installation of construction fencing; storm water pollution and erosion control; selective demolition and disposal, clearing and grubbing, new windows, doors, metal siding and roof, replace damaged structural steel, shoring, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, painting; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans.
