Sealed bids are invited for the construction and installation of security gates at the entrances of Silver Creek Preserve and Foley Park. The project includes the installation of security gates, related electrical services, and camera installation. Bidders may view plans and specifications at S.I.B.A., 1468 Green Mount Road, O'Fallon, IL. Plans and specifications can be purchased for $140.00 by mail or $120.00 in person at the designated office. St. Clair County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof. The selected bidder must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity and Prevailing Wage regulations. Question Deadline 10/23/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
