Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Marys, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of November 12, 2025, project was awarded to JM Construction, awarded amount is $1,437,924.60.** The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Contract 24-1 - Hebron Area Water System Extension - Phase 1 Construction of approximately 15,000 linear feet of 6-inch PVC & 4700 linear feet of 4-inch water main; 600 linear feet of 6-inch directional drill; hydrant assemblies and valves; and approximately 1500 linear feet of 3/4 " service tubing and meter pits for new customers in the Hebron area. All work will be substantially complete and ready for payment within 240 calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed. Business firms which are 51 percent owned by minorities or women, but are in fact managed and operated by non-minority individuals do not qualify for meeting DBE procurement goals.
