Bids are solicited for various bid packages including Selective Demo, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection, Rough Carpentry & General Trades, Architectural Wood Casework, Roofing & Metal Wall Panels, Joint Sealants & Air Barrier, EIFS, Furnish Hollow Metal Doors/Frames, Wood Doors and Hardware, Aluminum Storefronts & Glazing, Gypsum Board Assemblies & Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring & Wall Tile, Painting, Div 10 Supply, Signage, Lockers, Canopies, Window Coverings, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Low Voltage, Fire Alarm, Access Control & Security, Earthwork & Site Utilities, and Landscaping & Irrigation. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled with the word BID, project name, Bid Package Number, closing date, and supplier's name and return address. Bidders should be prepared to submit a Subcontractor's Qualification Statement and provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for bids over $50,000 (excluding material vendors). Payment & Performance Bonds are also required for bids over $50,000 (excluding material vendors). Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form and remain irrevocable for 60 days.
