Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Nashua, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Qualified contractors are sought to install one 5,000-gallon diesel fuel aboveground storage tank (AST) at Four Hills Landfill, following supplied AST design plans and all relevant NHDES regulations and National Fire Protection Association rules. The project also includes a bid alternate to reuse and install an existing dispenser and dispenser pedestal/sump owned by the City instead of installing a new one. Work must be supervised by an ICC-Certified AST Installation Contractor. Bidders must submit bids electronically via Bonfire or submit one paper copy and one digital copy on a USB drive, sealed and clearly marked. Submissions must address specified items in the IFB package. All bids are to be received at the designated city location by the stated deadline. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive defects, accept exceptions, award contracts or cancel the request as deemed in its best interest.
