The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Asheville, NC Medical Center, is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing Generator Cleaning Services for CAT and CUMMINS generators. The scope includes comprehensive cleaning of the radiator coil, engine, and concrete pad, as well as removing and replacing fan and belt guards on each unit (no new belts). All work must adhere to industry standards and comply with current code requirements, including Life Safety, NFPA, Electrical, and Building codes, as well as all applicable Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal, and State regulations. Location: Charles George VA Medical Center, 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC 28805 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
