The Contractor shall provide concrete services for Corpus Christi Water (CCW) that will include, but is not limited to, fabricating new concrete meter vaults (various sizes), fabricating concrete work on pre-existing meter vaults, concrete stands, meter run platforms, concrete bollards, driveways (where meter vaults may reside in), and demoing and hauling old concrete meter vaults out of the premises and area. B. The Contractor shall work closely with CCW to carefully plan, prior to beginning any work, and fully develop procedures and standards for the work that will be performed. The Contractor shall consider employee safety, workmanship standards, and maintain operations with minimal disruption. C. The Contractor shall be available to provide service during regular business hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for emergency work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. D. Night and weekend work will be allowed, if required, only if agreed and approved by the City's Contract Administrator. The Contractor shall provide at least 72 hours in advance notice of any scheduled work outside of the normal working hours. Contractor shall provide Concrete Services for Corpus Christi Water ("Services") in accordance with the attached Scope of Work, as shown in Attachment A, the content of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set out here in its entirety, and in accordance with Exhibit 2. The City is seeking bids from firms interested and qualified in providing concrete services for the Corpus Christi Water Department. Bids are being accepted for RFB #6811, Concrete Services for Corpus Christi Water. Bidders must submit their bids according to the instructions in the RFB. Submission can be electronic via the City's Supplier Portal or as a hard copy in a sealed envelope, marked with the bidder's name, address, and RFB number. Bids must be received and time-stamped by the closing date and time. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud via Webex immediately following the due date and time at City Hall.
