The project includes the following work: Pipe Bursting approximately 3,170 LF of 8" Sewer Line, replacing existing manholes with 48" Pre-cast Concrete Manholes, rehabilitating existing manholes, pre- and post-CCTV, and associated work. Funding for this project is provided through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant program. Compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act is mandatory if the total project cost exceeds $10,000,000. All work shall be performed, and all construction and materials used and furnished shall be in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by PARKHILL. Proposers may secure copies of Bid Documents by contacting the Project Coordinator. Prospective Bidders are urged to register as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. Only Prospective Bidders who obtain Bid Documents through Parkhill will be registered as a document holder (plan holder) and will automatically receive addenda if/when issued. No partial sets will be issued. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
