Main Street Improvements. MINORITY QUOTES REQUESTED: M/W/DBE, DVBE, SBE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of St. Helena, California, will receive proposals for the Main Street St. Helena Pedestrian Improvements Project until the hour of 2 P.M. on October 21, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall, 1088 Collage Avenue, St. Helena, California. Bid packages may be submitted electronically; email cityclerk@cityofsthelena.gov with attached documents. Additionally bid packages may be submitted physically to the City Clerk at 1088 College Avenue, St. Helena, CA 94574. Plans and specifications can be made available in the offices of the City Engineer at City Hall, 1088 College Avenue, St. Helena, CA 94574, where they may be examined, and copies obtained. A $50 non-refundable fee will be required. Bidders are advised that, as required by federal law, the City of St. Helena is implementing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements (DBE). Subsections titled "Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)", "DBE Commitment Submittal", and "Good Faith Efforts Submittal" of the Federal Proposal Requirements and Conditions section of these Special Provisions cover the DBE requirements and submittal information. The DBE Contract goal is 17%.
