Installation of8" Water Main with associated appurtenances. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) ofthe total bid price, provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U. S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date ofthe opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 ofthe Louisiana Revised Statutes. Doc Notes: Complete Bid Documents, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of the Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and other bidding documents may be downloaded from the City of Zachary Plan Room as hosted by online. Bids will be received by mail and/or hand delivery to the location as stated above. In addition to paper bids, electronic bids and electronic bid bonds for the following project will be accepted by the City of Zachary.
