Project Description: Remove and replace existing culvert, construction of concrete headwall on upstream side of culvert, installation of rip rap on downstream side, installation of additional subsurface drainage, and construction of 4 golf cart path A Certified Check or Cashiers Check, payable to the Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge or a satisfactory Bid Bond, in compliance with LSA-R.S. 38:2218.A&C, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each paper bid. BREC reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause as allowed by LSA-R.S. 38:2214. Question Deadline 10/28/2025 If any person contemplating submitting a bid is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, he may submit to the Owner a written request for an interpretation thereof not later than seven (7) calendar days before bid opening date.
