The bids must include a list of the equipment to be used in snow removal and estimated hours to complete service. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject or to select any portion thereof any or all bids and to waive any technicality. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the opening of such bids unless the awarding of the bid is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
