Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Midvale, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of November 26, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The scope of the project includes the resurfacing and repaving of a schools roadway and parking lot. Project Details: Project Location: Midvale School, 56 School Road, Midvale Idaho 83645 Scope of Work: Asphalt removal and replacement, regrading/leveling, and drain- age improvements Requirements: All bidders must be licensed and insured. o Contractors should have prior experience in school or similar institutional paving projects o Work will need to be completed during none school days/hours. Submission Guidelines Bids should include: detailed cost estimate, proposed project timeline, references from previous projects, proof of licensure and insurance Bids received after the stated time and date will not be considered. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
