The City of Lake Oswego is seeking one or more experienced consultants to serve as an extension of Planning Department staff in administering the City's Lighting Standards. These standards regulate lighting along streets, open air parking lots, public pathways and accessways, and all outdoor lighting on properties zoned Public Function (Pf) or Public Natural Area (Pna). The consultant will be expected to review photometric plans and technical data for compliance with the Lighting Standards, provide comments to the staff planner, and assist code enforcement staff in investigations of potential violations involving outdoor lighting. Parties interested in submitting a proposal must register through the City of Lake Oswego Bid & RFP webpage and add themselves to the planholder's list for the project. Proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline in PDF format, following all required directions. Proposers are responsible for checking for and responding to any amendments to the RFP; only proposals responsive to all issued amendments will be considered.
