Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

The work involves providing Architectural Design Services to the Lake Oswego School District for the 2025 Capital Improvement Bond Program, which includes the replacement of an existing elementary school and renovations and additions to other existing school facilities. Services required include design services from planning through project closeout. Experience in similar K-12 public school environments is preferred. The selected firm will coordinate with regulating bodies, District consultants, and contractors. The District may select and negotiate all or only certain services, including by project. The minimum project to be awarded is the Lake Grove Elementary School Replacement. Firms are required to submit proposals as directed in the solicitation documents. Proposals must meet format, manner, and delivery requirements. No proposals may be withdrawn for sixty days after the opening date. Late submissions will not be accepted. Joint ventures or partnerships are allowed, and the lead firm must be identified along with the scope for each partner involved. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, and select a firm that best serves its interests. Proposals will be evaluated through an internal committee and may involve an interview. No pre-proposal meeting will be held.
