Lake Oswego School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Logistics Services for the 2025 Capital Improvement Bond Program, which includes the replacement of two elementary schools and renovations to other district facilities. The intention is to establish Master Contracts for contractors to receive, store, and move both new and old fixtures, furniture, equipment (FF&E), and teaching materials, either in the district warehouse or offsite. Unit costs for each contractor will be established, and one or two top firms will be selected for various projects at the District's discretion. Experience with similar K-12 public school environments will be given favorable consideration. Joint ventures or partnerships must clearly describe each partner's scope and identify the lead firm. The District may select and negotiate for all or only certain services offered by the selected firm(s). Coordination with regulatory bodies, district consultants, and contractors as necessary is expected. Proposals should be succinct and clear, and may be subject to an interview process. The District may reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, or select the firm(s) deemed in the District's best interest.
