Lake Oswego School District is requesting proposals (submittals/qualifications) from qualified firms interested in providing geotechnical engineering services for the 2025 Capital Improvement Bond Program. The program includes the replacement of two existing elementary schools and renovations to other existing school district facilities. Services needed include full geotechnical engineering, testing, reporting, and inspection services required by all agencies, building codes, and the architect's and engineer's requirements related to projects within the program. Experience with similar K-12 public school environments will receive favorable consideration. Joint ventures or partnerships will be considered, and responses submitted must include a clear description of the scope for each partner proposed and the firm acting as the lead. The successful firm will coordinate with regulating bodies, district consultants, and contractors as necessary. The District reserves the right to select and negotiate all or only certain services as provided by the successful firm. The District intends to award the project to a single firm. The District will use a qualifications-based selection process as outlined in ORS 279C.110. Proposals will be subjected to an internal committee review and evaluation process. Brevity and clarity are appreciated. Top-rated candidates may be invited to an informal interview. The District reserves the right to: (1) reject any or all proposals; (2) waive any informalities or irregularities; and (3) select a firm which appears to be in the best interest of the District. Proposers are responsible for submitting proposals in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required by the solicitation document. No proposals may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for opening.
