Lake Oswego School District (District) Requests Proposals From Qualified Consulting Firms Interested in Providing Program and Project Management Services for the 2025 Capital Improvement Bond Program (Program). This Bond is the Third Phase in a Planned Three-part Construction and Capital Improvement Program. The bond will provide funds to rebuild two elementary schools; build new STEM/CTE spaces at the high schools; and address priority capital repairs, improve accessibility, and make safety and security upgrades in facilities districtwide. The District intends to use a qualifications-based selection process as outlined in ORS 279C.110. Proposals will be subjected to an internal committee review and evaluation process. Brevity and clarity are appreciated. Top-rated candidates may be invited to an informal interview. The District reserves the right to: (1) reject any or all proposals; (2) waive any informalities or irregularities; (3) select a firm that appears to be in the District's best interest. Proposers are responsible for submitting Proposals in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required by the Solicitation Document. No submittal may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for opening. Lake Oswego School District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities, or may cancel the Request for Proposals; and may reject any or all Proposals.
