Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Full Depth Reclamation for Pleasant Street and Curb and Sidewalk installation along Pleasant Street from Franklin Street to Elder Street. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Borough. A Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to accompany the Bid. Performance and payment bonds or a certified check each in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder once the contract is awarded. An anti-collusion affidavit is required for this bid. The contract will be subject to Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates as established by the U.S. Department of Labor. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000.00 per calendar day. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
