The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other non-personal services necessary to perform facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, and minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems under a multiple award task order contract (MATOC). Work will include alteration, repair, maintenance, minor construction, demolition of interior and exterior real property, utility systems, grounds improvements, pavements, installation of new equipment, and any other tasks covered by the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), as well as the design and engineering work required for these requirements. This contract will support the Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) and its tenant organizations or customers. It shall not be used for construction projects that meet the threshold or requirement for Military Construction (MILCON) appropriations.
