The work will require removal of the existing system, preparation of the space, procurement and installation of the new electronic partition, and restoration (e.g. drywall, painting, trim, etc) to bring the final space up to architectural standards. Full use of the conference room shall not be limited for longer than two (2) calendar weeks without approval by the Engineer. Contractor shall coordinate with the Owner to determine schedule of work in conference room. a. The Admin Building where conference room 212 is located is an active office environment with personnel working directly adjacent to the room, the Contractor shall minimize the impacts to the office use as much as is feasible. 2. To minimize disruptions to the office space, Contractor shall coordinate with Owner to provide continued use of the existing partition in the conference room while the new partition is manufactured.
