Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Highland Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes the fabrication and installation of a pasture style fence and gate at Regina Road, vehicular timber guard rail at the trailhead at Havens Road, and pasture style fence along the property boundary of the preserve and the marketplace property. It also covers associated demolition, site restoration, and all other related tasks required to complete the project. Bidders must be certified and qualified fencing contractors. Complete bids must include the contractor's license, sample certificate of general liability, vehicle insurance, and workman's compensation insurance as described in the sample contract. Contractors submitting bids must comply with all special and statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All work is located within the Village of Highland Falls and/or Scenic Hudson's property. The project is subject to non-discrimination in employment and requirements related to Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). For all awards over $10,000.00, applicable provisions of the NYS Master Contract for Grants Standard Terms and Conditions apply.
