*The Town Board, at its regular meeting, rejected all bids received* Sealed bids will be received for the installation of wall mounted HVAC system (splits). The bidder must include a waiver of immunity clause as required by provisions of Chapter 605, Law of 1959, and certify compliance with Section 103d of the General Municipal Law, stating that the bid has been independently arrived at, submitted without collusion, and not communicated to others before the official opening. All bids must be marked "HVAC System." The Town of Highlands reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Specifications are available at the Town Hall.
