Project will build sidewalks on OR 39 at the West and East ends of Merrill and tie into the existing sidewalk network. The crossing at N. Polk Street will be improved along with crossing at N. Lincoln Street. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to: build sidewalks on OR 39 at the West and East ends of Merrill and tie into the existing sidewalk network. The crossing at N. Polk Street will be improved along with crossing a N. Lincoln Street for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
