Work includes mobilization, site preparation, construction of new structure, installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, installation of pumps, motors, and associated components. Work performed by the Contractor's own organization must be at least 30% of the awarded Contract Amount. Complete and submit the required documents through the designated online platform. Bids must be submitted prior to the specified deadline. All questions regarding the plans and specifications must be submitted on the bid page by registered plan holders. Only plan holders on the City's list will receive addenda notifications. Bidders must indicate their residency status. Bidders must be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Contractors or Subcontractors working with asbestos cement materials must be appropriately licensed. The City may reject any bid that does not comply with public contracting procedures and requirements and reserves the right to reject all bids for good cause.
