Demolition and site work for a residential development in Tinley Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Demolition Scope of Work Items: Abatement Abate All Items as Listed in the Asbestos Survey. Obtain Cook County Abatement Permit, Iepa Notification, and Provide All Air Clearances as Required. If Flooring Materials Are to Be Abated, All Layers Are Considered Included in Your Pricing. Power Will Be Disconnected Before Abatement Occurs. Provide Your Own Power as Necessary. Water Will Be Disconnected Before Abatement Occurs. There is a Fire Hydrant Outside the Property and You Can Rent a Temporary Water Meter for Your Water Source if Needed. Remove and Legally Dispose of All Abated Materials. Demolition Demolish All Structures: - House Including Basement and Foundations. - Trash Enclosure. - Back Garage Including Foundations and Slabs. Remove All Trees and Shrubs From the Property, Including Removing Stumps. Backfill All Basement/foundation Voids With Ca-6, and Cap Top 12" With Ca-7, to Match Existing Adjacent Grades. Public Sidewalks to Remain. Demolish: Structures Complete, Including Planters, Sign and Faux Well, Private Sidewalks. Saw-cut Existing Asphalt That Remains for a Clean Transition. Reclaim Freon From Air Conditioning Units and Remove and Legally Dispose of Mercury Vapor Bulbs and Ballasts, if Required. Obtain Cook County Demolition Permit and Iepa Notification. Village of Tinley Park Demolition Permit Will Be Obtained by Rcw. Utility Disconnects Will Be Performed by Owner Prior to Demolition. Power Will Be Disconnected Before Demolition Occurs. Provide Your Own Power as Necessary. Water Will Be Disconnected Before Demolition Occurs. There is a Fire Hydrant Outside the Property and You Can Rent a Temporary Water Meter for Your Water Source if Needed. Remove and Legally Dispose of All Materials. Construction Fence Will Be Provided by Rcw. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
