Renovation of a municipal facility in Tinley Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Sealed bids are requested for elevator renovation at the Administration Building in Tinley Park, Illinois. Bidders are required to examine both the bid documents and the work location to assess all conditions and circumstances that may affect the cost and nature of the work. Bid documents may be obtained in electronic format from the Construction Manager, Concept Development Group. Each bid must include a certified or cashier's check or a Bid Bond for at least 10 percent of the total bid amount, serving as a guarantee to enter into a contract and provide proper performance security if awarded. Each bid must also include a Certificate of Eligibility to Bid, certifying compliance with local and state government contracting regulations. The successful bidder will need to furnish a 100-percent Performance Bond and Labor/Material Bond as specified. Bremen Community High School District 228 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid determined most favorable to its interests.
