The contractor shall assess all gas regulator deficiencies and replace them as necessary, followed by the installation of new regulators, boiler restart, and required adjustments. The work must be compatible with the existing boiler system and meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are acceptable; remanufactured or gray market items are prohibited. The contractor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, and provide documentation verifying OEM warranty and service coverage. Delivery is required to be F.O.B. Destination, and the contract will be awarded on an all-or-nothing basis. Evaluation criteria include technical capability, past performance, and price. Offerors must submit quotes via email and include technical, past performance, and pricing volumes. Past performance must be recent (within five years) and relevant in size, scope, and complexity, with detailed references. Location: Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center Eastern Colorado Healthcare System 1700 N.
