Washington County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Washington County Chipley Library Branch Expansion Florida Commerce: BB201 DHM: WAS23LB The Project includes the following Work: The Project includes the construction of three (3) additions to the existing Washington County Chipley Library Branch, located on the north, east, and west sides of the facility, with a combined area of approximately 5,400 square feet. Work generally consists of building construction with associated architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, together with all required site improvements including demolition, grading, drainage, utilities, and restoration. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and coordinated with the existing facility to provide a fully operational library expansion. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated. Cost does not include shipping charges.
