Site work for a water / sewer project in Ste Genevieve, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Lake Forest Estates Clean Water District of Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri is requesting bids for the construction of Emergency Sewer Replacements. The work includes 2,658 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE sewerline, 17,008 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE sewerline, 960 linear feet of 8-inch CIPP, 270 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE sliplining, miscellaneous tie-ins and grouting, and 100,000 cubic yards of excavation. Bids must be submitted to the Lake Forest Estates Clean Water District. Prospective bidders may obtain or examine bidding documents at Waters Engineering, Inc., with copies available for a nonrefundable fee, and information is available on their website. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be provided, and only full sets may be obtained from the Issuing Office. QA date - 10-28-2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
