As of March 16, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The work includes street and waterline improvements to several streets within the City of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. It provides for the removal and replacement of concrete pavement, installation of new waterline and services, traffic control, and other incidental items and work as described in the Project Manual or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bidders must request the bid documents by email to be added to the Plan Holders List and receive official communications and addenda. Bid packages will be distributed electronically at no cost, and printed copies can be made at the bidder's expense. All project and bidding questions must be submitted exclusively via email. A bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid. The applicable wage rates are predetermined as required by law and set forth in the specifications. The successful bidder must submit a sworn affidavit and documentation affirming enrollment in the federal work authorization program and verify that no unauthorized aliens are employed. The contractor and any subcontractor must provide a ten-hour OSHA construction safety program for on-site employees within sixty days of beginning work. Businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities as it deems in its best interest.
