Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ste Genevieve, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The County of Ste. Genevieve is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide two (2) twenty (20) ft. climate controlled, weather tight, metal storage conex style boxes. The storage units must be delivered to 5 Basler Drive and set in place. Specifications for the units include: 20 ft. length; exterior painted solid 'Beige'; an outswing commercial exterior steel personnel door with a lever handle and deadbolt lock; two-inch closed cell foam on walls and ceiling; original wood container floor; two four-foot LED light fixtures; one duplex GFI outlet; one 15K PTAC; three inches of insulating spray foam under 160 square feet of flooring (excluding fork pockets); R-18 closed cell spray-applied foam insulation; operable cargo doors at the end; customer electrician to ground the unit and connect power service to an exterior panel with a 60A disconnect breaker feeding a 125A capacity panel inside.
