The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County requires vacuum breakers with delivery in accordance with the exhibits noted in the solicitation. The awarded vendor must be registered or licensed as required by the laws of the State of Washington if applicable. A five percent bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or surety bond must be submitted with the bid. Failure to comply with any part of the solicitation instructions may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. The District reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject all bids received without penalty and not to issue a contract. The District is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
